    • Direct notification of addenda arrival on projects you are bidding. Upon client indication, projects bid 24 to 36 hours within receipt of addendum will be faxed the addendum at a small charge.

    Original architectural works are afforded protection under the Federal Copyright Act. Regardless that it is reasonably presumed copies made or requested fall under "Fair Use" and are intended for private study and/or research to prepare competitive bids for the construction process, such reproduction may be subject to copyright law.
    We require ALL our clients understand this and ask they provide due diligence in protecting the integrity of the work of the Design Professionals that submit their construction projects during the bid phase.
